(Photos) How To Bring Your Love Life Back On Track After Having a Baby

S*x after having a baby will definitely feel different for both partners. Sadly, most couples say there is a decrease in intimacy frequency after the baby arrives.
How do you ensure your s*x life does not suffer after giving birth?
Maintain non-s*x intimacy
Sure, when you have a baby, you have to wait a little while before penetrative s*x can happen. But this does not mean you distance yourself from your partner physically. It can be hard what with the sleepless nights and stress that comes with a baby in the home. But endeavor to give each other hugs, cuddle, kiss, etc to keep that connection strong.

Don’t be overwhelmed by insecurity
Your body will change to a certain degree and this can make sex after having a baby a little complicated. You may begin obsessing over how you look and whether or not your partner will find you attractive. If you’re feeling this way, don’t let your fear run away with you. Talk to your partner about how you feel. Maybe hearing him reaffirm his love and attraction to you will make you feel more confident.
Rip off the band-aid
Spontaneous sex or an unexpected quickie can actually relight your fire. Overthinking sex after having a baby might make you procrastinate but getting a quick one gets you through that hump and make subsequent sessions less complicated.

Communicate about what feels good
Some women, for example, stop finding nipple stimulation arousing while nursing. If this is the case, talk to your partner about what now feels good and what doesn’t. If you don’t and you end up having a non-satisfying experience, it may put you off post-baby s*x completely.
